Silver Falls Creamery

Since our milk parlor and creamery are located on the same property, there is no time lost in delivery. The creamery is operated under Shawn Hanowell’s watchful eye. Part scientist and part chef, his unique combination of skills results in cheese that can either stand on its own as an hors d'oeuvre or contribute to a dish as an ingredient. It also means that, for our larger commercial clients, they have access to a person who speaks their language and understands how to alter the cheese to their specific recipe needs.
